To help leaders assimilate quickly and effectively into a new role and/or organization. Engagements typically involve: 


  • Gathering data from team members
  • Facilitating a conversation between the leader and the team to discuss the data and create an action plan
  • Follow-up coaching to help the leader adjust to new expectations, relationships, and, potentially, a new culture

New Leader Assimilation

Helping coaches see their practice through different lenses so they can take their coaching to the next level. Coaching supervision creates a collaborative space which builds the capacity of coaches through reflective dialogue for the benefit of the coach, the coach's clients, and the larger system. Supervision can be done individually or in a group setting and serves three functions:  


  • Formative (to enhance the coach's skills)
  • Normative (to provide ethical guidance)
  • Restorative (to support and refuel the coach)

Assessment and Feedback

Assessment for selection or development as well as feedback and coaching to help leaders understand their assessment, prioritize development objectives, and create actionable development plans. May include facilitation of a meeting with the leader and their manager to discuss their development.
